1. The short answer
There is no fee to register as a member at the moment, and no charge for the digital membership card.
Participation as a shareholder in Merpati Healthservices Berhad is separate, voluntary, and may involve purchasing shares in MHSB. The value of those shares and the arrangements for buying them will be announced to those who have signed the MOU; they are not set here.
2. Schedule of charges

If a charge is not on this page, we are not charging it. Anyone who asks you to pay MHSB for something that is not listed here should be reported to head office.
3. If fees are introduced or changed
We may introduce fees or change them. If we do, we will publish the new schedule on this page and give members reasonable advance notice in the app or by email before a new or increased charge takes effect.
A change never applies retrospectively to something you have already paid for, and you are free to end your membership rather than accept a new charge.
4. Paying
Where something is payable, MHSB will tell you the amount, what it is for, and how to pay it. Payments are made to MHSB's own account as stated on the invoice or notice — never to an individual's personal account.
Amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Where tax applies it will be shown separately.
5. Refunds
Fees are generally not refundable once the service they pay for has been provided. Where we have charged you in error, or charged you twice, we will refund it.
Share subscriptions are not a fee and are not covered by this section; they are governed by the terms of the share offer itself.
6. Charges that are not ours
Some costs sit outside MHSB entirely, and this page does not govern them:
- Consultation, treatment, medication and procedure fees charged by clinics and practitioners in the network. Those are set by each clinic.
- Bank, card and transfer charges applied by your own bank.
- Mobile data and internet charges applied by your own provider.
- Professional registration and annual practising certificate fees payable to your own regulator.
