Copyright Policy

"Merpati", "Merpati Alliance Group", "MHSB", Merpati Healthservices Berhad and the MHSB logo are marks of MHSB and may not be used without our written permission.

This site also displays marks that belong to other organisations — accreditation and recognition marks, and the marks of the product ranges we carry. Those remain the property of their respective owners, are used with permission or as those owners' usage rules allow, and nothing on this site grants you any right to use them.

You may, without asking us first:

• View, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference, or for the internal use of your clinic.
• Quote a short extract, provided you do not alter its meaning and you credit MHSB and link to the page you took it from.
• Link to any page on this site, provided the link does not suggest an endorsement or association that does not exist.

Without our written permission, you may not:

• Reproduce, republish, broadcast or redistribute our content for commercial purposes.
• Extract, scrape or copy the clinic directory or any substantial part of it, whether by hand or by automated means, or build a competing directory from it.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.
• Frame or mirror this site, or present our content as your own.
• Modify our content and pass the result off as ours.

You keep the copyright in the documents, photographs and other material you upload to the Merpati application. By uploading it, you grant MHSB a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce and use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Notice — verifying your membership, administering memoranda of understanding, and operating the platform.

You must have the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload material that infringes someone else's copyright.

We take copyright seriously, and we will act on a genuine complaint. If material on this site or in our application infringes copyright you own or represent, write to us with:

• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• Identification of the work you say has been infringed — enough detail for us to recognise it.
• The page or location on our site or application where the material appears, precise enough for us to find it.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information you have given is accurate, and that you are the owner of the copyright or authorised to act for the owner.
• Your signature, electronic or physical.

Send it to admin@mhsberhad.com, marked for the attention of the copyright complaints handler, or to Merpati Healthservices Berhad, Unit 12.08, PJ Tower, Amcorp Trade Centre, 18 Persiaran Barat, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

We will look into it promptly, and we may remove or disable access to the material while we do. If we remove something you uploaded, we will tell you and you may reply. A complaint that is knowingly false may expose the complainant to liability, so please be sure before you send one.

For anything this policy does not allow — reproducing our content commercially, using our logo, or republishing part of the directory — write to admin@mhsberhad.com and ask. We would rather say yes to a request than find out afterwards.
